Shipping & Delivery
Every Cohoo piece is made and packed in our own studio in Ankara and shipped from Türkiye.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom — as well as Türkiye.
If your country is not listed, write to info@cohoo.co and we will quote for it.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated by the size of the piece and shown at checkout before you pay. Charges are per piece.

Ordering several pieces together is usually cheaper than the sum of the individual charges. Email us before you order and we will quote a combined rate.
3. Import duty and taxes
Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP). Import VAT, customs duty and any carrier customs-handling fee are not included in the price or the shipping charge. The carrier will contact you to collect them before delivery, and you are the importer of record. Rates are set by your country’s authorities.
As a guide, most EU countries apply their standard VAT rate to the value of the goods plus shipping; customs duty on steel furniture and lighting of Turkish origin is frequently zero under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, but the final assessment is always made by your customs authority. We include the documentation needed to claim preferential origin.
4. Production and delivery times
Pieces are made to order. We confirm the dispatch date by email after your order. We always dispatch within 30 days of the order unless we agree a longer period with you in writing — if we cannot, you may cancel and we refund in full.
Transit to Europe after dispatch normally takes 7–14 working days, plus the time customs clearance takes in your country.
5. Packaging and delivery
Each piece travels in custom protective packaging designed for it. Delivery is kerbside or to your door depending on the carrier and your address; it does not include carrying upstairs, unpacking or assembly unless we have agreed that with you.
Please check the packaging before you sign. If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and email info@cohoo.co with photographs within 48 hours.
6. Deliveries inside Türkiye
Orders placed in the Turkish shop are delivered within Türkiye with shipping included in the price.
